Preparation

You can start individually or in groups.

Make sure you are trained and healthy at the start.

The organization is not responsible for road accidents.

You ride at your own risk, so bring a European insurance card with you.

Make sure to have a bike with the right gear and enough spare equipment.

We recommend to have at least 3 bottles of water to with you.

Make sure to have good nutrition on the go. (Advice on starting in Castellane possible)
